The streetscape included realigning and redesigning roadways to include wider sidewalks, on-street parallel parking, and bike lanes.
Bolton & Menk is fully redesigning approximately 1.34 miles of various roadways, alleys, and major arterials into safe, beautiful streets that are functional for bikes and pedestrians. The streetscape includes abandonment and acquisition of right-of-way, and realignment and design of new roadways throughout the district to include walkways, on-street parking, and bike lanes. Drainage throughout the district was also fully redesigned to include regional ponds, passive parks, and trails in addition to the physical drainage infrastructure.
