Bolton & Menk provided the preliminary drainage studies and associated reports pertaining to this 156-acre basin. Most recently, the drainage basin report and study were updated by Bolton & Menk for the city to replace the double 36-inch diameter beach outfall, located at the end of 24th Avenue North, with a deep-water double 84-inch diameter ocean outfall with flow estimated as high as 500 cfs. The pipe extends 1,500± linear feet offshore into the Atlantic Ocean.
