This large-scale drainage improvement and ocean outfall project is approximately 90 acres in size in a highly developed section of Myrtle Beach with 100 percent runoff. Bolton & Menk was responsible for the on-shore and off-shore designs for this project which included the installation of two 84-inch pipes with a capacity around 525 cfs extending 1,200 linear feet into the Atlantic Ocean.
The project extends the trail south across I-694 and enables residents living in southern Fridley
The state-of-the-art facility features a hospital, medical office building, parking deck, and thoughtfully designed green
The facility includes a 200,000-square-foot distribution center and 35,000 square feet of office space, and
