Grant is a municipal practice leader and serves as the Fargo Civil Work Group Leader. Since beginning his career in 2012, he has worn many hats. He has progressed throughout his career, beginning as a design engineer and producing engineering reports, construction documents, and specifications for urban and rural municipal projects. Grant has also served as a construction project representative, working closely with contractors and stakeholders on neighborhood and downtown projects. As he's grown, Grant has transitioned into managing design and construction teams. His well-rounded experience allows him to excel in thinking about projects critically and from clients' perspectives, envisioning how the final product should look, feel, and function. When Grant isn't at work, he's likely spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or trying out a new recipe on his smoker.
