Dan is a senior principal engineer and Board of Directors member with a diverse background in municipal and transportation projects. He has served Tribal Governments, cities, counties, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. "I enjoy the challenge of navigating complex project delivery efforts while driving towards the best solution," says Dan. "In the simplest form, I truly enjoy problem solving, creating innovative solutions to improve the communities we live in, and being a part of delivering those solutions." As the firm has grown, he appreciates how the company has focused on well-structured growth, while encouraging employees to reach their full potential. Dan finds the combination of challenge and support makes Bolton & Menk an exciting place to work.
