As a corridors practice leader, Josh is dedicated to assisting clients in developing sustainable solutions. His experience in urban and parks and recreational design encompasses the entire life cycle of many projects— from visioning, design development, construction, through consideration of maintenance needs. Josh’s ability to build project consensus through meeting facilitation, public input, and thoughtful design has led to many successful community-backed projects. Josh acknowledges that the spark that has excited him through his career has evolved, but what has remained constant is the ability to assist clients in developing solutions to complex problems while considering the role of social, natural, and economic systems influencing their communities. “I relish that every day brings with it unique opportunities for growth; leveraging new technologies, learning new perspectives, seeing excitement in the eyes of clients and colleagues, and gaining a wider perspective of my community and the world in which we live, work, and play.” In his free time, Josh can be found cooking, overseeing home improvement projects, enjoying natural spaces, and helping others.
