Beginning his career in 2001, Kevin serves as land development practice leader, responsible for strategic planning, financial management, business development, recruiting, and staffing for portions of our Southeast US Operations. He also serves as a principal-in-charge on a variety of public and private projects in many sectors, including civic (parks and athletic fields), commercial/retail, residential (single and multifamily), and public infrastructure. These projects include master planning, site inventory and analysis, public engagement, urban design, and civil engineering. His expertise also involves compiling due diligence and site feasibility reports, master planning, rezoning, hardscape, landscape design, civil engineering, cost estimating, and overall project leadership.
