Information was gathered to get a clear understanding of what the logo needed to symbolize and represent for the city.
The City of Sherburn decided they wanted an updated logo painted on their tower as part of their water tower rehabilitation project. The tower was being rehabilitated at the same time a new water treatment plant was being built. They determined that a new logo could be used in the signage for the new water plant as well.
Bolton & Menk worked with the city to gather information and get a clear understanding of what the logo needed to symbolize and represent for the city. Several logo options were presented with possible layouts for letterhead and business cards along with water tower renderings and other signage to help the city visualize what their new logo would look like in many different scenarios.
The approved logo was used on the newly rehabbed tower and water treatment plant signage. The city also refreshed all city stationery items with the new logo.
